The opportunity:
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business, marketing, product, and data science teams to identify and define personalization opportunities.
- Conduct discovery sessions and act as technical consultant, translating client requirements into actionable solutions and create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
- Develop and implement personalization strategies, data-driven campaigns, and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization with external systems and data sources for real-time customer insights.
- Configure and validate campaigns on websites and apps through MCP, manage catalog changes, implement site mapping and provide consultation to apps development team on MCP Mobile SDK integration.
- Provide technical support and training for end users, for managing, tracking, executing and customizing MCP campaigns.
What we want from you:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization solutions, specifically, integrating MCP with E-Commerce websites
- Solid hands-on experience creating sitemaps in MCP
- Proficiency in Javascript/JQuery, HTML, CSS
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing concepts, A/B testing, and digital marketing best practices.
- Hands on experience working on Salesforce Data Cloud. Preferable if have experience integrating MCP with Data Cloud
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for technical issues
