Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with government labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, POSH, and other applicable laws).
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, perks, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance matters.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, training, and talent development.
- Maintain HR records, statutory documentation, audits, and HRMIS accuracy.
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Prepare HR reports, compliance reports, and management dashboards.
- Partner with leadership to build a productive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
