Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Manage order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance reports.
- Handle account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution with marketplace support teams.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement growth strategies.
- Manage promotional campaigns, deals, and festive sales.

Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central,



Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplaces.
- Solid knowledge of product listing, SEO, PPC advertising, and account management.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing multiple marketplace accounts.
- Knowledge of cataloging, A+ content, and brand registry.
- Experience in handling GST and invoicing processes is an added advantage.

Salary:
₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
