Production Designer - Western Wear

- Label Anamika Khanna_is looking for a detail-oriented Production Designer - Western Wear to coordinate with Design, Sampling, Merchandising, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of collections from development to final production.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sampling and production activities for Western Wear collections.
- Monitor garment construction, fit, finishing, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain style specifications, tech packs, and production records.
- Follow up on approvals, sample development, and production timelines.
- Work closely with vendors, factories, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Assist in fabric, trim, and embellishment development.
- Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Support collection development through research and execution.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.




- 2-5 years of experience in Western Wear design and production.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern interpretation, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage.
- Must be available for a 3-day in-person trial as part of the selection process.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
