Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Officer - Auto to drive merchant expansion, product adoption, and sales growth in the assigned territory. The role involves managing retailers, increasing product penetration, improving transaction performance, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive merchant acquisition and expand product distribution in assigned territory.
- Increase product usage and adoption among existing merchants.
- Achieve sales targets through repeat transactions and revenue growth.
- Execute local sales campaigns, promotions, and activation programs.
- Ensure smooth rollout of new product launches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key merchants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide field insights.
- Track daily sales activities and performance metrics.

- Active merchant base growth




- Monthly transaction/value growth
- Product penetration
- Territory sales achievement
- Merchant engagement & retention
- ASE: Minimum 5 years of experience
- ASO: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Minimum 75% experience in tyre field sales preferred:
- Current designation: ASE / ASO
- Robust territory handling and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
