Job Summary
Key Responsibilities-Architect and implement scalable backend services using Node.js.
Drive technical decisions, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Technical Skills
Frontend
Strong experience with Next.js
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management
Backend
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
Databases
Hands-on experience with:
MongoDB
PostgreSQL
InfluxDB
Testing & Quality
Strong experience with Jest for unit testing
Hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing
Understanding of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices
DevOps & Containerization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Preferred Skills
Working knowledge of C++
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
