We work with corporate clients to create seamless travel and event experiences, managing everything from planning and logistics to execution.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive - Corporate Travel & MICE to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in MICE, corporate travel, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, admin teams, travel managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized travel, MICE, and event proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, hotels, DMCs, and other partners to deliver client requirements.
- Handle the sales process from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, closure, and follow-up.




- Conduct client presentations and meetings to showcase Confiar's services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Develop long-term corporate accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay updated on corporate travel, MICE destinations, event trends, and industry developments.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in MICE, corporate travel, event sales, travel sales, hospitality, or business development.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage the sales pipeline.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and revenue generation.
- Willingness to meet clients and attend networking events when required.
