Panel Wiring Electrician - PLC & CNC

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire PLC & CNC control panels as per electrical schematics and GA drawings.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, panel layouts, BOMs, and PLC I/O lists.
- Perform continuity checks, I/O testing, and troubleshoot wiring issues before panel dispatch.
- Ensure proper ferruling, wire labeling, cable dressing, and compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Wire relays, contactors, VFDs, servo drives, and other control components.
- Use electrical tools such as crimping tools, multimeters, meggers, and panel assembly tools.
- Coordinate with design and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain quality standards to minimize rework and ensure reliable panel performance.

Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in PLC & CNC panel wiring.
- ITI Electrician, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification preferred.




- Strong knowledge of industrial control wiring and electrical panel assembly.
- Experience with relay logic, VFD wiring, servo wiring, and basic EtherCAT/Fieldbus systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
