Position: CRM
Location: Patna

Age: Under 26 Years

Salary: 15-17K (6 Months Probation Period)

NOTE: Increment will be based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer support.
- Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain office reception and ensure a professional front desk environment.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in CRM will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
