JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION: Accounts Executive
- Accounts Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation. Accounting Work with Tally. General Accounting works i.e. Day to Day Accounting work. Raise the CFA Bills to Principal Company’s as per Agreement. All type of Bills clearing. Ensure timely in and out payments. Tracking and analysis of all types of expenses. Maintain all the Agreement i.e. Revision in Rates, Renewal of Agreement. Preparation and review of monthly MIS reports. Maintain Bills, Payment follow-ups & collection. Daily follow up regarding responsible for works through mails. Preparing and monitoring Actual vs. Budget. Preparing budgets vs. actual for Management review and actions. Monthly Reconciliation of TDS & TCS. Engage in on-going cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company. Statutory Compliances:



Payment of TDS & TCS on Monthly Basis & Quarterly E-filing of Return. Tracking all statutory compliances. Preparation of Various Statutory Schedules for Statutory & Tax Audit.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATION Graduation / Post Graduation (Accounts / Finance)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
