Job Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who can strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to generate quality leads and maximize ROI for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Lead generation and campaign optimization
- Audience targeting and remarketing setup
- Daily monitoring of ad performance and budget optimization
- A/B testing for creatives and campaigns
- Prepare campaign performance reports
- Coordinate with creative and content teams
- Improve conversion rates and campaign ROI

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Knowledge of pixel setup, conversions, and analytics
- Ability to generate quality leads through paid campaigns
- Valuable analytical and reporting skills

Incentives:
Performance-based incentives will be offered based on lead generation and campaign performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
