Guide students and working professionals about various Cybersecurity Certification Courses (CEH, CHFI, CompTIA, OSCP, etc.).
- Explain course features, benefits, career scope, and answer queries professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to close admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in IT, Business, or related fields).
- Fluent in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling, edtech sales, or telecalling.
- Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.





Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid target orientation and problem-solving ability.
