The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources activities at the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies & maintain all HR and statutory records, registers, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Corporate HR team on HR policies, payroll inputs, compliance matters, audits, employee confirmations, performance management, and statutory filings.
- Maintain positive employee relations and address employee grievances professionally.
- Support disciplinary procedures and ensure adherence to company rules.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and submit HR reports and MIS as required by Corporate HR and Management.
- Support government inspections, labour authorities, and statutory audits.
Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
