Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and training of franchise staff and caregiversMonitor day-to-day franchise operations and conduct quality auditsEnsure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and healthcare protocolsCollect feedback from clients, caregivers, and franchisees, and assist in implementing improvementsSupport local promotions, community outreach, hospital tie-ups, and healthcare partnershipsCoordinate with internal teams for operations, compliance, and service deliveryPrepare and submit reports on operations, performance, and client satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
