Positive understanding of instant food manufacturing processes

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and develop new instant food products like noodles, pasta, soups, etc.

Conduct shelf-life studies and product stability analysis.

Maintain proper documentation of all research activities.

Operate and handle lab instruments like pH meter, thermometer, viscometer,



moisture analyzer, etc.

Work on recipe optimization and cost control techniques.

Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.

Hands-on experience in handling basic lab instruments

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Passionate about innovation in food products
