Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated MBA graduates specializing in Marketing to join our team as Marketing Executives. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are eager to develop their skills in B2B marketing, lead generation, market research, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams with lead generation, client presentations, and tender-related activities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and monitor campaign performance through periodic reports.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, client meetings, and campus engagement programs.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients,



consultants, and end-users through regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding and business growth initiatives.
- Full-time MBA in Marketing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be considered an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic workplace.
- Internship or project experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Market Research is preferred.
- Basic understanding of B2B and B2C marketing concepts is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
