UV Coating Machine Operator (Manufacturing Printing & Packaging)

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate UV coating machines according to production specifications.
- Adjust machine settings such as coating thickness, speed, and UV curing parameters.
- Load materials and monitor coating quality during production.
- Inspect finished products for defects, coating consistency, and print quality.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance personnel.
- Maintain production records, job tickets, and quality reports.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and quality control teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating UV coating, printing, or finishing machines preferred.
- Knowledge of UV curing systems and coating materials.




- Ability to read job orders and production specifications.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle production materials safely.

Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in printing, packaging, or coating operations.
- Familiarity with UV varnish, coating chemistry, and curing processes.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and machine setup.

Working Conditions
- Manufacturing or printing production setting.
- May require shift work, overtime, and weekend work during peak production periods.
- Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and coating materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
