We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business growth and client satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of orders in plywood, MDF, HDMR, laminates, Corian, and other interior products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between clients and the sales team for product inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
- Maintain customer databases, track leads, and update sales reports regularly.
- Handle order processing, coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product catalogues for client meetings.
- Follow up with clients on payments and maintain proper records of receivables.
- Support the sales manager in achieving monthly sales targets.




- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (accounts, dispatch, purchase) and customers.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role in building materials/interior industry preferred.
- Robust communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, Corian, and interior products will be an added advantage.
