Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily assembly line operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
- Allocate and manage manpower effectively.
- Monitor product quality and reduce defects/rework.
- Ensure adherence to work instructions and SOPs.
- Conduct operator training and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and support quick resolution.
- Maintain production, rejection, and downtime records.
- Report daily production performance to management.
