Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend logic for loan creation, approval, disbursement, collection, and closure.
- Integrate with financial services such as credit bureaus, banking APIs (e.g., ICICI, Razorpay, Paytm), and KYC services (e.g., DigiLocker, Aadhaar, PAN).
- Implement business logic for EMI schedules, interest calculations, penalties, and foreclosure scenarios.
- Handle field-level data, including location tagging, agent assignments, and visit logs.
- Develop robust audit trails and transaction logs for all loan activities.
- Ensure data consistency, transactional integrity, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., RBI, NBFC regulations).
- Optimize services for performance, security, and reliability.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
- Robust understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experience with payment gateways, API-based integrations, and webhooks.
- Familiarity with field agent workflows, visit logging, and geo-tagging.
- Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth2,



JWT, etc.
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic DevOps pipelines.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering clean and secure code.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
