Position Summary:
The Sales Person is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving assigned sales targets, and executing end-to-end sales processes in the showroom. The role involves customer handling, product presentation, follow-ups, documentation, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Opening & Counter Readiness
- Remove jewellery items from the locker as per SOP.
- Arrange and prepare the sales kit before showroom opening.
- Maintain cleanliness, display standards, and counter readiness throughout the day.

2. Customer Handling & Service




- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
- Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort.
- Attend customers patiently and professionally until closure or exit.
- Support customers during selection, trial, and finalization.

3. Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Follow structured sales steps and selling techniques.
- Fill and update target sheets accurately.

4. Orders, Advance & Follow-ups
- Handle order bookings and advance collections.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and commitments.
- Carry out repair follow-ups and non-conversion follow-ups.

5. Telecalling & Guest Connect
- Perform telecalling activities (Guest Connect) as per plan.
- Reconnect with dormant, non-converted, and repeat customers.
- Update customer interactions in CRM or prescribed formats.

6. Sales Process & Documentation
- Follow the complete sales process from enquiry to delivery.
