Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the field sales team and telesales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.

2. Plan and manage the team's daily schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and communicate relevant updates.

3. Monitor and maintain CRM records, ensuring timely updates of visits, calls, and lead statuses.

4. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new and existing sales team members.

5. Track team performance, take feedback calls,



identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

6. Assist in developing and implementing sales processes, systems, and SOPs to improve efficiency.

7. Research current business opportunities and support the development of growth strategies and expansion plans.

8. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance updates.

9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support for sales requirements and customer needs.

10. Support management in achieving sales targets by ensuring process adherence, accountability, and effective team coordination.

11. Working on cold-calling and giving online demo of the product.

12. Maintaining active coordination and discussions with the HO regarding daily activities, proposals, and plans for closing deals.

13. Maintaining records of day-to-day activities, whilst negotiating/finalizing deals
