Position Overview
- Lead and manage residential architecture projects independently
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors, and execution teams
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Ensure projects are aligned with client requirements, timelines, and design standards
- Guide junior architects and support the internal design team
- Participate in client discussions and presentations Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch mandatory)
- Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong experience in luxury residential projects, villas, and bungalows
- Robust technical and execution understanding
- Ability to independently handle projects and consultant coordination
- Good communication and presentation skills Software Skills

- SketchUp
- Basic rendering workflow understanding
- Knowledge of rendering and visualization workflows preferred
