Location: Tricity (Panchkula, Chandigarh & Mohali)

We are looking for Experienced Field Executives to join our Recovery & Collections Team.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Recovery/Collections Process
- Experience in Field Collections preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits for recovery and collections
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments
- Achieve assigned recovery targets
- Maintain daily collection reports and updates
- Ensure professional customer interactions and compliance
