A Day in the Life
Medtronic Cardiac Surgery partners with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and operating room teams to deliver technologies that support complex cardiac and vascular procedures. The portfolio includes cardiac surgery solutions used across the surgical continuum, providing clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals while driving adoption of therapies that improve patient outcomes.
This Territory Manager role is responsible for commercial growth and customer engagement across Tamil Nadu, excluding Coimbatore.



The position follows a remote work style with frequent field-based customer interaction and approximately 50% travel across assigned accounts, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the territory.
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and supporting clinical adoption of Cardiac Surgery products across the assigned territory. This role works closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusion teams, hospital stakeholders, and procurement functions to deliver product education, procedural support, and account development strategies that contribute to business growth and customer success.
