Junior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Junior Forward Deployed Engineer to work alongside our customers and senior FDEs, helping design, build, and ship solutions on top of our platform. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll get exposure to rapid prototyping, full stack development, and real-world problem-solving as you help turn customer requirements into production-ready software.
You will support customer engagements alongside more senior team members, contributing to integrations, translating requirements into working code, and iterating quickly based on customer feedback, while building the skills to run engagements more independently over time.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Deployment & Solutioning
Work alongside senior FDEs and customers to understand workflows, data, and business goals,



and help translate those needs into technical solutions built on our platform.
Python and React experience is mandatory for building integrations, internal tools, and customer-facing applications.
Build and deploy integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automations using Java, Python, React, Angular, MongoDB, and AI/ML integrations, under the guidance of senior team members.
Contribute to rapid prototyping efforts with customers, iterating in tight feedback loops to move from concept to working demo quickly.
Support the integration of AI/ML capabilities into customer deployments, including LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models), recommendation engines, and automation pipelines.
Help design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components for customer environments.
Provide day-to-day technical support to customers post-deployment, troubleshooting issues
