The Accessibility Tester operates, contributes to strategy and standards, and drives continuous improvement in accessibility testing processes, tooling, and reporting.
- Perform assistive technology testing using screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, screen magnifiers, and accessibility settings
- Validate accessibility for complex user journeys, workflows, and integrated systems
- Identify, document, and clearly communicate accessibility defects with actionable remediation guidance
- Embed accessibility validation into all phases of the SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, release)
- Review product requirements, UX designs, and wireframes for accessibility risks and gaps
- Partner with development and UX teams to recommend accessible
