Key Responsibilities:
- Provide driving lessons to assigned students in a calm, professional manner.
- Prepare students for the Qatar practical driving test.
- Assess students’ driving skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson times.

Work Location: Doha Driving Academy, Doha, Qatar
Daily Training Schedule: Saturday to Thursday
- Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- _(Friday is a day off)_

Working Hours & Compensation:
- Mandatory hours: 8 hours per day.
- Overtime: Optional 4 hours per day (paid additionally on top of the monthly salary).

Salary & Benefits Package:
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,500
- Food Allowance: QAR 450
- Performance Incentives: Monthly bonuses based on student pass rates (paid additionally).
- Overtime Pay: Paid additionally as per hours worked.
- Leave: 21 days of paid annual leave.
- Airfare: Round-trip air-ticket provided every 2 years.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided.
- Licensing & Training: Qatar driving license acquisition, instructor permit processing,



and training are fully covered by us.
- Communication: Good command of the English language (mandatory). Arabic is a plus.
- Driving License: Must hold a valid Indian Light Motor Vehicle (car) driver's license. _Note: The license must have been valid for a minimum of 5 years._
- Education: Minimum educational requirement is Plus Two / Higher Secondary School Diploma. _Requirement:_ Certificate must be attested by the Qatar Embassy.
