We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Vice President – Real Estate Investments to lead and execute real estate investment opportunities from initial evaluation through acquisition and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in real estate investing, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction execution, along with the ability to identify attractive opportunities and make data-driven investment decisions.
This role will work closely with senior leadership, investment partners, lenders, advisors, brokers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to evaluate and execute high-value real estate transactions. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with sound investment judgment and excellent relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, underwriting,



and execution of real estate investment opportunities across relevant asset classes and markets.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence covering financial, operational, legal, commercial, market, property, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
Develop and review detailed financial models, investment analyses, cash-flow projections, valuation models, return calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
Assess acquisition opportunities based on investment strategy, risk-adjusted returns, market fundamentals, property performance, and long-term value creation potential.
Lead investment committee materials, including opportunity assessments, investment memos, transaction recommendations, risk analysis, and return expectations.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting to negotiation, closing, and post-acquisition activities.
