POSITION OVERVIEW:
INDUSTRY:
Rice Products & Related Materials Procurement

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complete rice product purchase process
- Coordinate with millers, brokers, surveyors, suppliers, and CHA
- Monitor CHA stock levels & ensure timely replenishment
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and order status
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate inspections with surveyors
- Resolve supplier issues (delayed deliveries, quality concerns)
- Supervise purchasing staff and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Robust coordination & team management abilities
- Knowledge of rice procurement & purchasing processes
- Supplier relationship management
- Inventory & stock monitoring
- Order tracking & delivery coordination
- Problem-solving & negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in purchasing/procurement

WORKING HOURS: 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM

Languages: Telugu, English & Hindi (mandatory)

Salary:Negotiable (based on skills & experience)
