The Employee Service Center is a team of HR professionals dedicated to supporting current, former, and future Koch employees across APAC and EMEA. We collaborate daily through calls, chats, and self-service tools to deliver timely and effective solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork

What You Will Do
- Deliver a high-quality employee experience by providing HR support through multiple communication channels.
- Build trusted partnerships with employees, stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to resolve HR-related inquiries.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and enhance HR service delivery.
- Leverage diverse perspectives and knowledge networks to solve complex employee issues and improve outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and stewardship when handling sensitive employee information.
- Create, update, and improve knowledge content using Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology to enable self-service and knowledge sharing.




- Contribute to transformation initiatives by experimenting with new ideas and embracing innovative ways of working.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting customers, employees, or stakeholders in a service-oriented environment.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What Will Put You Ahead
- Prior experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Service Center, or HR Support environments.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) methodology or knowledge management practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
