Key Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on lab sessions, coding workshops, and technical projects to enhance students’ practical understanding.
Guide students on academic research, industry projects, internships, and career opportunities.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and innovative assessment techniques.
Participate in curriculum development, research activities, and academic collaborations.
Stay updated with advancements in the IT industry and integrate technology-driven learning tools into teaching.
Provide mentorship and career counseling to students,



preparing them for industry placements and higher studies.
Engage in faculty development programs, seminars, and institutional activities to enhance academic contributions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
✔Educational Qualification: Must fulfill AICTE and university norms (MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields, preferably with NET/Ph.D.).
✔ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, Web Technologies, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Data Science.
✔ Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively engage students.
