Role: Bilingual Manual Testing Engineer
- Experience: 5-8 Years

- Must-Have
- Manual Testing with strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT Testing.
- Robust expertise in test case preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ALM.
- Fluent in Japanese and English (reading, writing, and speaking); JLPT N3/N2 preferred.
- Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Communicate and collaborate with customer, onsite, offshore, and business stakeholders in Japanese and English.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect reports, and other QA deliverables.
