Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with product selection.
- Explain product features and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and store operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Counter Sales, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Honest, disciplined,



and responsible.
- Willing to work in a retail store environment.
