You will develop and release new sizes (Sidewall, Apex, Tread) in line with Goodyear global and regional guidelines.
- You will conduct trials for new extrudates including Sidewall, Tread, and Apex components.
- You will monitor extrudate performance as per GICL specifications to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- You will analyze rejection data at both the extruder and user areas, and implement effective action plans to minimize defects.
- You will maintain and ensure adherence to product and process guideline specifications.
- You will manage day-to-day operations while ensuring alignment with environmental standards and assessing environmental impact.
- You will take ownership of extruder quality, including building strong knowledge of equipment and associated delivery systems.
- You will investigate, understand, and analyze the interaction between compounds, equipment, and desired extrudate outcomes.- You will monitor and maintain extrudate profiles, weight consistency,



and rejection levels for Sidewall, Apex, and Tread components.
- You will control and manage milling waste and address slow-moving component inventory effectively.
- You will be responsible for environmental management, including controlling spillage, minimizing waste, and promoting recycle and reuse practices.
- You will ensure strict control of water, solid waste, chemical waste, noise, and odor during extrusion operations to prevent resource depletion and environmental pollution.
- You will follow operational and spillage control procedures rigorously.
- You will ensure full legal and regulatory compliance related to extrusion processes.
