About the Role
BSI Financial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive high-volume hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.

What You'll Do
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and market conditions.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations.
- Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality, speed, and a high level of customer service.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting both technical and non-technical hiring.
- Demonstrated success managing a high-volume recruiting workload.




- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruiting platforms.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
- Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); UKG experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven workplace.
