We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to help people grow and protect their money. Your main goal will be to talk to customers, understand what they need, and help them open Demat accounts, invest in Mutual Funds, and buy Health and Life Insurance.
What You Will Do Every Day (Your Responsibilities)
- Find New Customers: Call and meet potential clients to tell them about our financial products.
- Open Demat Accounts: Help customers set up their trading and Demat accounts so they can invest in the stock market.
- Promote Mutual Funds: Explain the benefits of Mutual Funds and SIPs (Monthly Savings) to help clients grow their wealth.
- Sell Insurance: Help families stay safe by selling them the right Life Insurance and Health Insurance plans.
- Help with Paperwork: Guide customers through the easy KYC (documents) and form-filling process to get them started.
- Hit Monthly Goals: Work hard to achieve your monthly target for new accounts and sales.
Who Are We Looking For? (Requirements)
- Good Talker: You must be confident and able to explain things clearly in English and [Insert Local Language].
- Interested in Finance: You don’t need to be an expert, but you should want to learn about the stock market, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Target-Driven: You enjoy taking on challenges and winning bonuses for good performance.
- Education: Any Graduate (Commerce or Business background is helpful but not mandatory).
