- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with US-based customers
- Generate leads and ensure consistent service quality
- Meet performance targets set for calls and conversions
- Maintain proper call documentation in CRM systems
- Follow standardized communication protocols and scripts
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong customer service in every interaction
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to work a full-time night shift (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday):
- Available to work from the office only at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad:
- Previous BPO or voice process experience is an added advantage
