- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues - Provide first/second-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system problems, either in person, over phone, or via remote access.
- Manage hardware and equipment - Set up, configure, and issue laptops/desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to new and existing employees; maintain an inventory of company IT assets.
