Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land/property.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, deeds, leases, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Support litigation, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
- Manage property registration and maintain legal records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 4-8 years of experience in real estate legal functions.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, contract drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
Pay: ₹293,013.28 - ₹667,882.26 per year
