Position: Site Manager

Experience Range: 1-5 years

We are looking for an Site Manager to manage multi‑site operations for ValetEZ within a defined geography. The role includes team management, client interaction, incident handling and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites (parking/valet/client locations).
- Ensure adequate staffing, discipline and performance of supervisors, valets and attendants.
- Monitor site performance, audits, revenue leakages and compliance.
- Handle client meetings, escalations and regular performance reviews.
- Lead incident management and ensure preventive measures are implemented.




- Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech and Accounts for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-5 years’ experience in multi‑site operations (parking, facility management, logistics, hospitality or similar).
- Proven experience in client handling and incident management.
- Robust people‑management and field‑execution skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly across sites.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in RamamurthyNagar, Karnataka

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
