About the Opportunity

This role involves working directly with clients as well as supporting internal finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, profitability, and financial ratios.
- Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and other financial reports.
- Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A; activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review client financial statements to identify discrepancies, reconciliation issues, and reporting errors.
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with client CFOs, CEOs, Controllers,



and Accounting Managers on financial initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Perform bookkeeping activities as required.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).:
- Minimum 3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) experience.:
- Experience working with companies having less than $15 million in annual revenue.:
- Strong knowledge of US accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting best practices.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis
