Responsibility:
- Preparation & Submission of Daily Reports /Weekly Updates /Monthly Status Reports to Quality Department and Asar Business Head through mail or appropriate hard Copies.
- Maintain 0 customer complaints from Customers. Weekly performance meeting shall be conducted with concern incharges or with our Team Leaders.
- If any customer complaints received, investigate proper manner to find the root cause. The corrective action Reports and Preventive action Reports should submit to Customer and back office within 24 Hrs.
- Ensure full attendance shift wise and avoid unexpected leaves from Engineers also avoid absentisam.
- Ensure employees attendance register to be received from concerned in charges Daily/ weekly wise and send soft copies to Business Head.
- Contract Review and Coordination of all related activities with Shift Supervisors and Shift In-Charges.
- Need to follow Payment Tracking with Customers.
- Periodically follow up with Nissan Team Members and In-Charges [Gestamp Staff] about the Team Performance, Attendance, Avoid Absentisam and Disciplines.




- Periodically follow up with Ford Team Members and In-Charges [Gestamp Staff] about the Team Performance, Attendance, Avoid Absentisam and Disciplines.
- Coordination with Customers for any technical clarifications and further developments of our Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Provide periodic motivations to Team Members about the Quality Awareness.

- Provide Quality Training/ Safety Training to Team Members.
