Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads through effective discovery by understanding client requirements, budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
- Recommend the right artists, influencers, celebrities, and entertainment solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-value deals using a consultative sales approach.




- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Artist Management teams to improve lead quality and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, corporate clients, event organizers, and partners to drive repeat business.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Inside Sales, with prior team handling experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and sales targets.
- Excellent sales closing, negotiation, objection handling, and consultative selling abilities.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Influencer Marketing, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Brand Partnerships, Talent Manage
