The role involves ensuring smooth execution of client cases, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely updates to clients and management.

Key Responsibilities: Trademark Filing & Processing
- Conduct trademark searches and provide availability reports to clients.
- Handle post-filing formalities including acknowledgment, Vienna code classification, and examination report tracking.

Examination, Opposition & Hearing Management
- Draft and file replies to examination reports and handle objections under the Trade Marks Act.
- Coordinate and prepare submissions for Trademark hearings before the Registry.
- Manage oppositions, counter-statements, and evidence submissions within timelines.

Client Coordination & Updates
- Communicate with clients regarding documentation, filing status, objections, and hearings.
- Advise clients on suitable classes, protection strategies, and overall trademark process.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and follow-ups.

Compliance & Record Maintenance
- Maintain updated records of filings, renewals, and deadlines.




- Generate reports and track case progress regularly on internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trademarks (CGPDTM) guidelines.
- Drafting of objection, replies, counter statement, evidence.
- Knowledge of Copyright.

Research & Development
- Stay updated with latest IP laws, rules, and government notifications.
- Identify and suggest new service opportunities in IPR such as Copyrights, Design Registration, and Patent filings.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate / Law Graduate (LLB preferred).
- Knowledge of Trademark filing and hearing management.
- Knowledge of IP India portal, Trademark procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online filing tool
