The Role:

The CRM/PRM (Partner Relationship Management) Support Engineer will work as
part of the IT Digital Platforms CRM team to support and maintain Logitech’s
Global Partner Portal and the associated Salesforce Sales Cloud application for
the B2B Sales & Marketing organization. This position is based out of Chennai,
India.

* Manage the day to day IT support for Logitech’s Global Partner portal - act
as the “expert” support for the Channel Operations team that handles user
issues

* Manage the enhancement requests JIRA queue and work as the Business Analyst
on ongoing and future global partner portal projects

* Partner with WW IT, Sales, Operations, Finance & Marketing teams to extract




and document business and technical requirements, lead design sessions, and
organize training, user acceptance testing and delivery efforts

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information, build
consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and
achieves common goals

* Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe and at
