Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Support implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
