Front Desk and Reception Management
● Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees.
● Handling visitor registrations, ID badges, and security protocols.
● Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
● Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
● Issuing of lockers (Cubby) upon employee request.
● Issuing Meal Tags for employees and for current hires.
Administrative & Office Support
● Assisting with office supplies management and procurement.
● Maintaining records, reports,



and office documentation in the form of trackers and registers.
● Coordinating with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance teams for office up keeps.
● Handling courier services, mail distribution, and logistics coordination.
Employee & Guest Experience

Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment in the office.

● Assisting employees and guests with office space services and conference rooms in case of meetings.
● Organising corporate events, team-building activities, and internal engagements.
● Working on tickets raised for services by stakeholders required in the office and guest pre-registrations on request.
Security & Compliance
● Ensuring adherence to office security policies and access control.
● Managing visitor logs and maintaining confidentiality of company information.
● Assisting in emergency response procedures (fire drills, evacuations, etc.).
