What you’ll be doing...
The vRAN Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the reliable operations and maintenance of our virtual Radio Access Network (vRAN). This position involves operating and maintaining the virtual RAN ecosystem. Work performed will include upgrading of the vRAN stack, deployment of recent vRAN elements, complex problem-solving of vRAN technical issues, cross-functional collaboration,



and adherence to standards to maintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Schedule and perform software and other upgrades across the vRAN hardware, cloud platforms and virtual applications
Resolve service-impacting and other issues on the vRAN network elements in a timely manner
Root cause analysis of vRAN deployment and upgrade automation fallout
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of activities, technical issues and resolutions.
Lead and execute in-depth troubleshooting activities for complex vRAN failures
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and effective support of vRAN activities.
Meet or exceed vRAN key performance metrics including Timely Restoral of Service (TROS) and Time to Resolve trouble tickets.
Recommend vRAN process and tools enhancements that will enable efficiencies and increase productivity.
