WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
The DMS Change team is part of the SimCorp Managed Business Services Team. The team works directly with Data Management Service Business Operations using Data Management Platform, which is a single instance, software as a service (SaaS) based product.
It provides Reference Data Management and Valuation solutions for many of the world's leading and most innovative financial institutions, including regional and global banks and asset management firms.
The Lead Software Engineer in the DMS Change Team owns the technical direction for the customer layer of the product, drives design and architecture decisions, and leads a group of developers responsible for building, testing, and ensuring compatibility with the broader enterprise and solutions architecture through modern development technologies.
The Lead Software Engineer will also define and drive new capabilities that support Data Management Service Business Operations, set technical standards across the team, and engage with multiple development teams sitting in different service stacks to align delivery and design.
